For the launch of a special night just for home improvement on Discovery Home and Health, our strategy was to create a piece as Brazilian as it could be. We developed a funk track Inspired by "funk ostentação" and the edition was made using only footage from the shows. My role as copywriter was to develop the main concept and supervise the editing.
This promo was created for the launch of Property Brothers new season. Inspired by vintage movie posters, the voice over followed the same mood. As a copywriter I developed the concept and created the copy.
All the lives of Masterchef judge Henrique Fogaça in a blink of an eye.
With Masterchef Brasil reaching its peak audience, Discovery Home and Health decided to produce a reality show following the daily life of Fogaça - one of Masterchef's judge. The idea of the promo was to picture all Fogaça's personas: chef, biker, skater, hardcore band leader, business man. To do so we shot each persona in a different location and used mostly jump cuts to put them together. As copywriter I developed the concept and created the copy for the project.
TLC rebrands giving it different meanings to you C-side
For this rebranding campaign we had one major challenge: give meaning to the letters TLC in Portuguese but not a meaning that could imprisoned the channel's programming. So Victor Seabra and I created this campaign in-house bringing as many meanings the letter C could bare.
Mitisubishi and Discovery Channel get together to amplify West Coast Customs sponsorship
To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Mit's first car - model A - the brand sponsored episode of Discovery Channel's show West Coast Customs in the U.S. in which they completely rebuild the Model A with modern technology. To amplify the marketing initiative in Brazil, the brand partnered with Discovery Channel Brazil to produce a customized promo stared by Brazilian pilot Tony Kanaan. My role in this project was to select and negotiate the production company and to supervise the whole production.
Discovery Channel and Leroy Merlin promote the show Makers together
Discovery Channel partnered with Leroy Merlin to create three customized promos for the show Makers. Each of the promos was starred by one of the judges and shot in Leroy Merlin flagship in São Paulo. My role here was to select and negotiate the production company and to supervise the production.
Discovery H&H changes the whole on-air look for the summer.
This ID was part of a summer campaign that changed the channel's whole on-air look from December to April. The creative idea here was to picture a typical day of summer: free and light and hot. Co-created with the animation studio Beeld, my role as copywriter was to develop the concept and create the copy.
Troca de Estilos new season Discovery Home and Health brought to light the power of experimenting.
Created for the launch of Troca de Estilos new season, the creative strategy was to show how changing your style doesn't have to be that big of deal. We had only a couple of hours available with each talent and very few minutes available with all of them together. As a copywriter I developed the concept and created the copy.
All kinds of dresses and choices on the new season of Say Yes to the Dress.
No question Say Yes to the Dress is a hit all over the world. It is not rare to see someone quote the show in a movie or television series. So, for the launch of a new season we explored the fun side of the show and the questionable choices. Using animation and inspired by paper dolls, we came up with this promo. As a copywriter I developed the main concept and created the copy, the animation look and feel and technique was developed by Victor Seabra.
How poetic the chaos theory can be? Siba's song has some answers.
One of Futura's longest series, Mundo.doc brings great documentaries and always shines a light on important matters. The whole strategy of this promo came from the Siba's song Toda Vez Que Eu Dou Um Passo o Mundo Sai do Lugar (every time a move forward the whole world moves with me). The song brings the chaos theory to a whole other level of poetics. The edit worked only with shots from the series. As copywriter I was responsible for creating the main concept and selecting the song. Daniele Pimentel was responsible for the editing.
