Electric logistics company. Led People, Culture & ESG at To Do Green and, from August 2026, took on Group CHRO and Communications responsibilities at All Green Group.
Key contributions
- Created culture and internal communications rituals, including Farol da Cultura.
- Developed communication channels, the intranet, and websites.
- Led employer branding and driver recruitment initiatives, including the Tudú conversational flow.
- Applied AI to organize meeting notes and to design performance and development-plan tracking workflows in monday.com.
