Context and scope
Content Partnerships & Brand Solutions. Started with a consulting project mapping processes, assessing the area, and drafting a roadmap for its future leadership, then progressed from senior manager to Brazil Head and Director, through the corporate transition from WarnerMedia to Warner Bros. Discovery.
Key contributions
- Led 32 professionals, including six direct reports, combining employees, contractors, and freelancers.
- Supported integration across Turner, HBO, and Warner Bros. teams, redesigning workflows and connecting departments.
- Built workflows during the pandemic with attention to productivity, quality, and the team’s mental health.
- Served on the diversity committee.
- Mapped processes, assessed the area, and drafted a roadmap for its future leadership.
